What cleaning services do you provide?
We provide regular domestic cleaning, one-off cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, after builders cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, oven cleaning, interior window cleaning and a range of commercial cleaning services.
How do I request a quote?
Use the website form, telephone, email or WhatsApp. Include your postcode, property type, room numbers, condition, preferred date and optional extras.
Are quotations fixed?
The quotation will state whether the service is priced as a fixed amount, an hourly arrangement or another agreed basis. The price can change if the information supplied was incomplete or the requested scope changes.
Do you offer regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning?
Yes, subject to availability. Regular arrangements can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A recurring payment authorisation is required when a recurring service is selected.
Do I need to supply products and equipment?
This depends on the quotation and cleaner arrangement. We confirm the expectation before the booking.
Can I book an end of tenancy clean?
Yes. Provide the property size, furnishing status, condition, required completion date and details of appliances, carpets and windows.
What happens if I am unhappy with part of the service?
Contact us promptly with a clear explanation and photographs where practical. We will review the agreed scope and may offer a reasonable rectification opportunity for an eligible missed item.
Do you cover my postcode?
Coverage depends on the exact postcode, service and availability. Check the Areas We Cover page and send the full postcode for confirmation.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us in writing as early as possible. Applicable notice periods, deposits and charges are explained in the quotation and policies. Recurring arrangements normally require at least seven days’ written notice to cancel unless otherwise agreed.
