Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Refunds

• Full      refund if the booking is cancelled 24–72 hours before the scheduled      service.
• Partial      refund (usually 50%) if cancelled within 12–24 hours before the      appointment.
• No      refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows because the      cleaner’s time was already reserved. 

2. Refund if Service Was Not Provided

You are usually entitled to a full refund if:

• The      cleaning team did not arrive, or
• The      company cancelled the service and did not reschedule. 

3. Unsatisfactory Cleaning

Most companies do not immediately issue refunds if you are unhappy with the cleaning. Instead they:

• Ask      you to report the problem within 24–48 hours
• Offer      a free re-clean of the missed areas first
• Only      provide a partial refund if the issue cannot be fixed. 

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It      is usually processed within 5–10 business days
• Returned      to the original payment method. 

5. Situations Where Refunds Are Usually Not Given

• Cleaning      has already been completed
• Cancellation      was too late
• Customer      did not provide access to the property
• Complaint      submitted after the allowed timeframe (usually 24–48 hours).

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If the service is poor and cannot be fixed, customers may request a price reduction or refund.
